Jo Malone London candles are made entirely by hand. The process begins with measuring the required amount of fragrance, which is then mixed with the wax and slowly heated. The waxes are custom-blended for the specific fragrance and then combined with the perfect wick, with over 400 varieties of lead-free wicks available. For optimal use of the candle, we recommend trimming the wick to approximately 6mm before lighting. The high percentage of fragrance oils contained in the candle may cause the wax to discolor or the formation of small air bubbles, especially following temperature changes. This does not affect the duration or scent of the candle. To extinguish the candle, simply replace the metal cap. The candle comes with a lid to extinguish the flame and protect it from dust.
